Your EasyInvoice printer can either be installed locally on your computer or on a server available to several users. Our prices consist of a start-up fee and a price per chosen format and year. You can change your format at any time as well as adding or removing services.
Customer satisfaction guarantee: We guarantee that EasyInvoice will work for you! If you are not satisfied with our services, you do not need to pay. We will terminate your service and cancel the invoice. This guarantee applies to all EasyInvoice customers and services up until the day you start using the service.
The annual fee includes 15,000 invoices. If you exceed 15,000 invoices a new annual fee will be sent out which allows you to send another 15,000 invoices.
1 virtual printer that converts your invoices to your chosen format. Furthermore all your invoices are converted to PDF. Archiving of all your invoices is also included for 18 months.
